Abstract

Life satisfaction is defined what person’ ideas and attitudes about own life. It can be influenced by many factors. Especially in puberty, peers and school atmosphere affects to it. This study aims that examination of the relationship between life satisfaction and attachment to school adolescent who with mild mental disability. The universe of this research is comprised of students studying at vocational high schools in Ankara. A sample of the research is comprised of 46 students who have mild disability that was selected from a vocational high school at Mamak. Multidimensional Student's Life Satisfaction Scale and The Scale For Children And Adolescents To Attachment School has been employed to obtain research. Frequencies, percent, and t-test were used for statistical analyses. The results obtained in this study are as follows: attach the school differs between the sexes and attach with teacher self, school, and friends satisfaction has a significant relationship. To attach with the teacher, environmental, and family satisfaction a significant relationship between was not detected.
