The aim of this research is to determine the learning and behavioral losses experienced by the students during the period when the schools were opened after the pandemic, by consulting the opinions of secondary school teachers, and to propose solutions. This study, which was conducted with the qualitative research method, was carried out with the case study pattern. The research was carried out with 28 teachers working in secondary schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. The data obtained in this research were collected using a semi-structured interview form. Participating teachers were asked 3 questions by scanning the relevant literature and taking expert opinion. The obtained data were tried to be analyzed by grouping these data under certain themes by using descriptive and content analysis techniques. In addition, the data obtained were themed using diagrams and shown as figures. According to the findings obtained as a result of the research, most of the participating teachers observed that the individuality of the students came to the fore, and they did not obey the school rules, and they also emphasized that the behavioral losses experienced were more important than the learning losses. In addition, they stated that student-parent communication should be made more frequently in this process in order to solve the learning and behavioral losses that occurred, and the students should be designed activities to improve socialization and direct students to these activities.
