According to the results obtained in the study, school administrators and teachers stated that even though mechanical obedience-based management approaches objectify people, chaos and indiscipline will arise when these understandings are not adopted. According to another finding, teachers emphasized that school managers should regard justice and equality as the key elements of the administration. At the end of the research, the practitioners were suggested to develop a fair and equal management approach based on teachers' expectations from the administrators.
