Health Tourism as a much mentioned concept in the health sector in recent years, conservation provisions. It is seen as the common meeting point of the tourism and health sectors. Sub-branches have been created in Health Tourism. In particular, there are sub-headings such as thermal tourism, elderly health tourism, medical tourism. All these new formations make positive contributions to the health economy. These economic surpluses produced industrial enterprises and fast consumption. List job and responsibilities definitions in legislation and instructions with this progression in the development process. The definitions of practitioners, intermediary institutions and problem groups determine their competencies and responsibilities. When you evaluate it in terms of nursing, the definitions of legislation and guidelines could not be included. In particular, performing nursing care as a profession, including filling gaps in legislation. In this review, the regulations on health tourism and tourist health are examined and the place and importance of nursing in this sector is stated.
